Shipping We use the best shipping or freight service for your order
and location. All shipping charges for tanning beds and parts on the site
are for the lower 48 continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and
Canada are subject to additional shipping charges.

All orders will be shipped within 36 hours (excluding weekends and
holidays) and arrive at your home in approximately 4-10 days. Rush
service and air freight is available for an additional fee,

Returns
and Exchanges No item will be accepted for return without a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Call 1-888-874-5569 or use
our contact page to get this number. All
items must be returned within 45 days from the date the RMA was granted.
This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, or the
packaged will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense.
Returns will only be accepted for unused, unopened items in resalable
condition (excluding damage claims). You will be responsible for all
original and return shipping charges. Tanning beds and tanning bed
equipment will be subject to a 20% non-refundable restocking fee. We
reserve the right to refuse credit (and item will be returned at
sender's expense) if we determine:
Items are not eligible for return after 90 days (3 months) from the
date of purchase. Cancellations If the order has not
yet been shipped, there will be a non-refundable processing fee of 20%
of the order (minimum $20). If the item has been shipped, it is
subject to the returns and exchanges policy above.
Damage in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please notify us
immediately upon receipt at 1-888-874-5569 or use our
contact page.
Limited Warranty
Soleil Systems Inc. warrants your unit
to be free of structural defects in its material and
workmanship, under normal use, for the lifetime of the unit.
Soleil Systems Inc. will repair or replace, at their
discretion, any defect to the structure which affects the
performance of the unit.
For 6 months from the date of purchase,
Soleil Systems Inc. will provide replacements for
electrical parts that prove to be defective in material or
workmanship. Normal wear, damage from misuse or abuse, damage
incurred in transit, or damage done by unauthorized repairs or
modifications are not covered in this warranty.
For 7 days from the date of purchase,
Soleil Systems Inc. will provide replacement parts for all
defective acrylic sheets, fluorescent lamps and lamp starters.
For 30 days from the day of purchase,
Soleil Systems Inc. will cover labor associated with the
repair of the unit. All labor and related charges must be
authorized by Soleil Systems Inc. prior to starting repairs.
Soleil Systems Inc. disclaims any
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any period
beyond the expressed warranty. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitations may not apply to you.
No one has authority to change or modify this
Limited Warranty in any respect. To obtain service under the
Limited Warranty, contact

the technical service department.
Soleil Systems Inc. shall not be liable
for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, rental or
substitute products, loss of business, loss of income, or any
incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply
to you.
This warranty give you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which may vary from state
to state.
ALL WARRANTY SERVICE MUST BE PERFORMED BY AN
AUTHORIZED SERVICE PERSON. IF YOUR TANNING UNIT MUST BE
RETURNED FOR SERVICE, ALL FREIGHT CHARGES MUST BE AT YOUR
